We want to make sure you love your new Cnoc Outdoors gear! For our full Return Policy, please head to our Shipping and Returns page.

If you believe you have received a defective or broken item, please email us at support@cnocoutdoors.com.

Should you change your mind about your Cnoc Outdoors product, we'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you a refund once we have your order back at our warehouse. In general, returns take approximately 1-4 business days to process.

We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes as “new, unused” gear.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return an item. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
