All of our products have warranty coverage for defects in manufacturing. This does not include discoloration, pinholes, or normal wear and tear. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a warranty replacement, please file a warranty claim form through our support portal. Is your Cnoc TPU product not covered? You may qualify for our recycling program to receive a discount on a new order! You can find more information here. Currently, it is only applicable for those located in Oregon and Washington, but we're working to expand the program.
